iPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Indie Development, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the IndieVPN application and service (the "Service"), handles information in connection with your use of the Service. IndieVPN is built to be privacy-first, and this document describes — in plain language — what we do and do not collect.
By using IndieVPN, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
IndieVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) application for iOS and Android that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through servers we operate or lease. Our core commitment is simple: we do not monitor, record, or sell your online activity. This policy sets out the limited information we do process to run the Service, why we process it, and the choices you have.
